I know this because I have lived the extreme lows and highs of life.

Growing up in an abusive household I spent the majority of my life struggling with fear and anxiety. Achievement became my shield — becoming the A-student, then earning a PhD, then climbing the career ladder to feel safe, worthy, and in control of my life.

But at 34, my body and soul couldn’t keep up. I broke down — mentally, emotionally, physically. And it was then I realized that no raise, no promotion, no title could heal the wounds I carried. What transformed me wasn’t another achievement — it was the inner journey of self-acceptance, and self-love.

Today, I live and work from that heart-space.
The journey is ongoing, but I am now choosing to play and let joy lead the way instead of fear.
